The day I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I realized my life would never be the same. And thankfully, it hasn't. Breast cancer has taught me some incredible lessons, about helping others and allowing them to help me. I have a much better sense of what's important in my life and what isn't. And I've learned to give thanks every single day for the good in my life.

One of the best things in my life (along with healing, a great family and satisfying work) is DSP and the friends I've made on the site. What an amazing group of caring, compassionate people! And this month DSP is making a difference by hosting the Scrap Pink BCA Crop on Saturday, Sept. 29. It's a full day of cropping and chatting and tons of freebies. DSP will donate all of the registration fees to the Susan G. Komen Foundation and, in return, everyone who registers will receive loads of fun freebies, even if you can't make it to the chats!

And one more thing... everyone who registers and posts in the "I Challenge You" thread on DSP's site has a chance to win a $20 gift certificate for DSP!
